The F-LITE series is worn around the world for crossfit and gym training scenes in the core of inov-8 training categories. This G 300 is a little bulky compared to the traditional F-LITE (approx. 10.6 oz (300 g): a 10.6 inch (27 cm) weight per shoe), but this all-around training model can be worn for both speed training and power training in the gym. The stabilizer (fixed board) equipped with a graphene inside the midsole maintains stability during weightlifting training under heavy loads, and provides cushioning and stability even on treadmills and power machines training.
